There has been a huge fight against drug cartels in Mexico. Around 8000 people have died in two years in drug turf wars. Increased number of violence and kidnappings are reported in the south-west US. President Barack Obama has planned to support Mexico in its fight against drug wars. Immigration, customs, anti-drug agencies and gun law enforcement officers are armored in the $700m undertaking. This money will be coming from funds already allocated by the US Congress, for this mission. Obama also said that if necessity arises, more funds and personnel will be sent. Homeland Security, Drug Enforcement Administration and ATF will also aid in this issue.
